The Parge House on the Upper East Side sold for $10.5 million — after hitting the market for $12 million at the end of June.

The buyer is listed as “866 Lex, LLC,” which is tied to the Beekman Estate, according to New York City Department of Finance records. The Beekman Estate’s properties also include 857, 855 and 853 Lexington Ave.

Listing brokers for the property, at 866 Lexington Avenue, were Cushman & Wakefield’s Guthrie Garvin, Michael Gembecki and Alexander Ball.

The five-story home has a 3,375-square-foot owner’s triplex, with an outdoor terrace and a private entrance and address, 130½ East 65th Street. It also has three market rate one-bedroom units. Retailers Casa Del Bianco and Manolo Costa New York rent space in the building.

The facade of the building includes decorative white plaster and brick Tudor-style doors.

The Parge House was owned by late art dealer Elaine Graham Weitzen, who gifted pieces to the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Guggenheim.
